IMPACT Holistics and the Joy Healing Centre is a welcoming, community-centred wellness space dedicated to making holistic health accessible to everyone. We believe that true well-being encompasses the mind, body, and spirit and that every person deserves access to healing, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our centre brings together a diverse team of practitioners offering a range of services from sound healing and movement therapy to nutritional guidance and energy work. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic stress, exploring alternative healing modalities, or simply looking for a supportive community, Joy Healing Centre is here for you.
Our Services
Sound & Drum Healing
Experience the therapeutic power of rhythm and sound through group drum circles and individual sound healing sessions that promote relaxation and emotional release.
Breathwork & Meditation
Guided breathwork and mindfulness meditation sessions designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner calm.
Movement Therapy
Gentle movement practices including yoga, stretching, and somatic exercises that reconnect the body and support physical and emotional healing.
Herbal & Nutritional Wellness
Consultations and workshops on plant-based nutrition, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices rooted in traditional and contemporary wellness knowledge.
Energy & Spiritual Healing
Reiki, chakra balancing, and other energy-based modalities offered by certified practitioners in a safe, respectful environment.
Community Wellness Circles
Regular group gatherings for shared healing, storytelling, peer support, and community connection; open to all. Weekly session will commence in 2027.
Accessible to All
We are committed to removing barriers to wellness. Our services are offered on a sliding scale, and we work with community partners to ensure that cost is never a reason someone cannot access care.
